Coach Yourself Workbooks For New Mums
Congratulations!
You are soon to be Mum or have recently become a new Mum and are in the throws of the exhilarating, yet challenging, life changing transition that is Motherhood.
You may feel like you’re in unfamiliar waters and a little bit unsure about how everything is going to pan out when you become a working mum.
Which is how I felt when I fell pregnant in 2017 with my daughter and then again, but even more so in 2019, when I realised I was expecting twins!
That second time round I was definitely more prepared for the career transition ahead, (even with 3 kids under 3!) as I had learnt the hard way and muddled through on my own first time round.
It was during the third lockdown, just after I’d returned to work part-time after the twins that I decided I had to share with other mums the tools, tips and learning that I’d taken from 2 very different returns to work.
I knew if I could document some of the processes that had helped me have a better return second time round, that I’d be able to help other mums have a smoother return to work than me.
And so in 2021 The Mum Mentor® was born.
At that time, everything had moved online, so I started supporting mums 1:1 via Zoom, sending follow up activities and resources to go through between sessions.
Over the last 3 years I’ve created so many career coaching resources for mums going on, on or returning from mat leave (which I love doing - it’s the teacher in me) that it’s about time I collated them into fun, interesting and useful self-development workbooks so that even more new mums can access the support that only usually comes with 1 to 1 coaching.
I really love that I’ve been able to make maternity-return career support accessible and affordable, yet still as valuable and impactful as in-person coaching.
The Coach Yourself WorkBooks are designed to guide you through thought processes, challenge you with pertinent questions as well as activities, tasks, templates and advice to help you design the right return to work for you and your family.
There’s no getting away from the fact that motherhood is full-on, so I’ve created learning that you can work through in your own time and at your own pace.
